EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE


ingredients
milkpowder 1 1/2cup
butter 25gm
condensed milk 1/2cup
cocoa 2 tsp
Walnuts/cashew nuts-10 -12

Combine butter n milkpwdr together .

Add in milkmaid to form a smooth dough.

Add the nuts also.

Divide tis into two.

Add cocoa to one portion and press it in a greased pan

press the white portion on top

Cut it into desired shape

Top it with some chocolate syrup and enjoyyyyyy


VERMICELLI SWEET



Vermicelli (thin) - 1 pkt (200g)
Butter - 75g
Condensed milk - 1/2- 3/4 tin
Pistachio - for garnishing

1.Crush Vermicelli and keep aside.

2.Heat the butter in a pan (low flame).

3. Add crushed vermicelli to the butter and stir well for 3-4 minutes(in low flame or else vermicelli will get burnt)

4. Add condensed milk. Keep stirring continuously on low heat till it get roasted.

5. Remove from fire.

6.Shape it to your choice,garnish with pistachios.Allow it to rest for 1/2hr or till it cools & serve.
 

Coconut Triffles

1 tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla essence,
4½ cups desiccated coconut
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup pistachio nuts,roasted.
Mix gently Sweetened Condensed Milk , vanilla essence and 4 cups of the coconut to form dough and keep aside for 1/2 hr.

Make small balls with the dough, put 1 almond piece or 2 pistachio nuts completely inside every ball.Roll the balls in dessicated cocont.
Keep in the fridge for 1 hour and serve at room temperature
 


Dates n Biscuit Roll

Dates 500gm deseeded
butter 200gm
Sugar 1 c
egg 1
biscuit 1 packet (arrowroot) crumbled
cashews 1/4 c chopped
coconut shredded 1 tbsp

in a non stick pan add 1/2 cup water sugar n butter n let it boil .add chopped dates stirrin continously for couple of mnts. wen it leaves the sides of pan off the flame n add beated egg , nuts and biscuit . take the aluminium foil n sprinkle the shreded coconut now add the dates n roll the foil into a big log .keep refrigerated till it sets n cut lengthwise n serve

PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE SLICES


* 2 cups tea biscuits (crumbled)
* ¾ cup butter or 150 g, melted

*For the topping:
* 1 tin condensed milk
* ¼ cup butter
* ¼ cup brown sugar
* 200 g plain chocolate ( chopped)
* ½ cup pistachio nuts (chopped)

Preparation

Combine biscuits and butter then press the dough into a 20cm x 28cm rectangular cake tin and bake in a 190°C preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Place Condensed Milk , butter and sugar in a nonstick saucepan. Cook with stirring over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until the caramel is light golden color and thick.

Remove from heat and pour the caramel over the dough in the tin. Set aside to cool completely.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water then stir in the pistachio. Spread the melted chocolate over the caramel topping and allow it to set completely in the fridge.

Cut into diamond shapes to serve.

BADAMI BESAN LADDOO

Almonds 15-20

Gram flour (besan) 2 cups

Ghee 1 cup

Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

Powdered sugar 1 cup

Heat ghee in a kadai
Add cardamom powder
Add BESAN flour and roast on low heat till a nice aroma is given out - for approximately 10-15 minutes
Crush almonds.
Transfer the roasted gram flour to a bowl and add crushed almonds and mix.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding powdered sugar.
Add sugar and mix. Roll into even sized laddoos. Cool and store.

NUTTY BISCUIT BALLS

Marie biscuit (powder)-1 small pack
Dry fruits-1 cup
Condensedmilk-1/4 tin
Cocoapowder-2 ta sp
Desiccated coconut powder-3 ta sp

Mix all ingredients except coconut to form dough & make small balls.
Roll the balls in desiccated coconut & keep refrigerator…………

ARI UNDA

Boiled Rice(Puzhungalari)-500 gm
Peanuts-200 gm(roasted and peeled off)
Jaggery - 400 gm
Grated coconut- 1 1/2 cups
Cardomom pwd-1/2 tsp

In an iron kadai(or clay pot or any other vessel)roast the rice little by little till it pops out and brown

Grind the roasted rice in a mixer or (ural....hope u all knw it)to the suji rava consistency

Grind the peanuts also......mix it up with the powdered rice ...

Grind the grated coconut also and mix up

Finally add the grinded jaggery also

In simple words .......grind all 1 by 1 and mix up...hehe

Now transfer it to a plate and ball it to the shape of of...of....bomb...LOL.....

Vanilla coco balls

vanilla cake 1 medium
nestle cream 1tin
melted choclate 1 cup
water if needed
grated choclate for coatin

crumble the vanilla cake n mix wih all ingredients .make balls n roll over the grated choclate n sreve chilled

RASAMALAI




Egg - 1
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Milk powder - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Maida - 1tbsp
Fresh milk - 4 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup ( or u can add more sugar)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Pistachios - To garnish

In a mixing bowl sift maida,milk powder,and baking powder.
Add ghee to the maida mix.
Add the egg(which is beaten lightly) and knead into a smooth dough.
Ball these to small shapes(as it will rise wen cooked in milk)
In a pan , add sugar with milk and boil.Add vanilla essence.
Add each balls slowly and cook it in a low flame.
When done off the flame and Garnish with Chopped Pistachios.
Cool and serve.....
