Neyyada

Maida - 100 gm
Eggs - 4
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 150 gm
Raisins & cashews - 1/2 cup each(I usd mixed dry fruits like Dates,cashews,raisins,apricot,badam,fig etc)
Ghee
Cardomom pwd

Mix maida and milk to form a loose batter....it its too thick add some water and also add the 1/4 tsp cardomom pwd

Break in the eggs and add the sugar and mix well

Toast the dry fruits in a tbsp of ghee and keep aside

Now grease a non stick pan and pour a spoon full of maida batter to make a layer and sprinkle some dry fruits,,,cover and cook
Once done,spread some ghee and pour a spoonfull of egg batter to form the nxt layer and again sprinkle some dry fruits,,,and cook covered

Like dis Layer it alternatively till everything is finished and cook on a low flame....

cut into wedges and serve ur neyyada....



Thari Choru

Ingredients....
Rawa - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup (u can reduce to ur sweetness)
Ghee - 1tbsp
Cashews - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Raisins - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Rose water - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 1/2 cup (or as required)

Method...
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the cashews and raisins till brown and remove it in a bowl
In the same ghee add the Rawa and fry for few seconds on a low flame
Melt sugar in the water and add to the roasted rawa and cover and cook
Wen cooked , add rose water and cashews and raisins and mix well and remove from flame...
 



Apple Kums


Recipe.....
Apples - 2(peeled & cubed)
Eggs - 4
Condensed milk - 4 tbsp (or u can use sugar & milk pwd - 4 tbsp each)
Maida - 1 tbsp
Baking soda - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Blend all the ingredients together well except ghee

Grease a non stick pan with ghee and remove the blended mixture from the blender to the pan

Cook till done...on a very low flame...it takes about 15 to 20 minutes
